Job Title: Montessori Early Primary Teachers

Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra

Job Description

Possess strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver constructive and Informative lesson plans
Maintaining discipline
Take responsibility for the progress of a class of primary / secondary students
Organizing the classroom and learning resources, and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment
Promote literacy and teach basic skills
Planning, Preparing, presenting/ teaching lessons that covers all areas of the curriculum and that caters to the needs of the whole ability range within the class
Motivating students with enthusiastic and imaginative presentations
Preparing and evaluation work to facilitate positive student development
Meeting the requirements for the assessment and recording of student’s development
Working with colleagues to plan and coordinate work

Qualification and Requirements

A minimum of a Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
Should have experience with this age and be highly responsible and engaged with inquisitive, young minds
Love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
Excellent Leadership skills
Ability to build relationships with families and coworker
